What exactly does Gosar Consulting do?
Gosar Consulting helps small business owners build stronger, more sustainable companies by making high-level consulting affordable and accessible. We work with solo entrepreneurs, startups, and small teams to improve strategy, operations, and growth — without the typical big-firm price tag.
We do this by combining personalized coaching, practical tools, and creative funding solutions like grants to make sure cost isn’t a barrier. Whether it’s creating a clear action plan, improving systems, or helping owners step back from daily chaos, our goal is to equip business owners with what they need to grow confidently and sustainably.
What makes your approach unique?
Our approach is designed to break the mold of traditional consulting. We focus on making expert guidance accessible to small businesses that are often priced out of help. We leverage grants and creative pricing models, so businesses can get the support they need without sacrificing their cash flow. Instead of overwhelming clients with theory, we prioritize practical, actionable strategies tailored to each unique situation. Plus, we don’t just hand over a plan—we work side-by-side with you to implement it.

How are you different from other business consultants?
We work with small business owners, solo entrepreneurs, and startups — especially those who’ve outgrown doing everything themselves and are ready to build more structure and strategy into their business. Many of our clients are from service industries, trades, and local businesses, but we’re industry-agnostic. If a business owner is committed to growing and wants personalized, practical support, we’re a great fit.

What inspired the launch of this Gosar Consulting?
Joseph Gosar founded Gosar Consulting after years of running millions of dollars in consulting projects and repeatedly encountering a frustrating reality: small businesses — the ones who needed help the most — were often priced out of traditional consulting services.
Week after week, small business owners would approach Joseph asking for guidance, and while he did what he could, they were usually left with only books, seminars, or free resources — essentially, they were on their own.
This gap nagged at Joseph for years, and he promised himself that one day he would build something different — a consulting firm designed specifically to serve small businesses affordably and meaningfully.
Gosar Consulting was born from that promise: to break the traditional consulting model, leverage grants and creative pricing, and offer hands-on, results-driven help to small businesses, startups, and nonprofits that want to grow, thrive, and make a bigger impact.
What’s your team's background?
Our team at Gosar Consulting brings together a diverse mix of experience across multiple industries and specialties.
We have seasoned internal consultants with backgrounds in business strategy, operations, marketing, leadership development, financial systems, and process improvement — as well as access to external specialists we bring in when a project calls for niche expertise.
Some members of our team come from large consulting firms, while others have been entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, or small business owners themselves. What unites us is a shared passion for helping small businesses and startups succeed, a commitment to practical solutions, and a down-to-earth, collaborative style.
Most importantly, everyone on our team is trained to approach clients with empathy, honesty, and a focus on real-world results — not just theory. We’re continuously adding talented people in new locations as we expand, allowing us to serve more communities and meet the unique needs of every client we work with.
Clients & Industries
Clients & Industries
Who are your typical clients?
What makes us different is accessibility and practicality. Traditional consulting firms are often priced out of reach for the small businesses that need help most. We’ve flipped the model by leveraging grants, creative pricing structures, and a focus on implementation — not just advice. We meet you where you are, work side-by-side with you, and provide tools you can actually use, without the overwhelming corporate jargon or six-figure contracts.
Do you specialize in certain industries?
At Gosar Consulting, we don’t limit ourselves to one industry because the core challenges of running a business — like operations, marketing, cash flow, and leadership — show up everywhere. That said, we’ve had a lot of success helping service-based businesses, solo entrepreneurs, small teams, and businesses in growth or turnaround phases. We focus on the fundamentals that make any business stronger, no matter the industry.
We work with a wide range of businesses—primarily solo entrepreneurs, small business owners with teams, and startups. Our clients come from industries like service-based businesses, trades, professional services, retail, and more. If you’re a business owner looking for practical, actionable strategies to grow, streamline, or stabilize your operations, we’re here to help.
Do you work with startups or only established businesses?
We work with both startups and established businesses.
For startups, we help with business planning, funding strategies, early-stage operations, and setting a strong foundation. For established businesses, we focus on improving systems, scaling, marketing, financial health, leadership development, and solving complex challenges.
No matter where you are in your journey, we customize our approach to fit your stage and goals — from idea to growth to long-term success.
Do you help non-profits?
We help non-profit organizations improve their operations, strengthen fundraising strategies, increase community impact, and improve team coordination. Depending on the non-profit’s location, we might also be able to help them apply for grants and other funding sources to support their mission. Our goal is to help non-profits run more efficiently and make an even greater difference in their communities.
I’m a solopreneur—can you still help me?
Absolutely — solopreneurs are one of our favorite groups to work with!

Whether you need help refining your services, improving marketing, boosting sales, or simply getting more organized, we’ll tailor our support to your unique needs and goals.
You don’t need a team to benefit from our help — in fact, many solopreneurs find that working with us helps them feel less overwhelmed and more confident as they grow.

Services & Offerings
Services & Offerings
What services do you provide?
We offer a wide range of consulting services designed specifically for small businesses and entrepreneurs. Our core services include business strategy development, process improvement, financial planning, marketing strategy, and access to grant funding opportunities. We also provide hands-on implementation support, training workshops, and introductions to vetted experts when specialized knowledge is needed. Everything we do is built around giving small business owners affordable, actionable help that makes a measurable difference.
Do you offer ongoing consulting or one-time help?
We offer both! Some clients come to us for a one-time roadmap session to get clarity and direction. Others choose ongoing consulting for continued support as they implement their plans, troubleshoot challenges, or scale their business. We even offer à la carte one-off sessions if you’re facing a specific issue and just need expert guidance to work through it.
Unlike traditional firms, we don’t lock clients into long-term contracts—we earn our keep month to month by delivering real value. Whether you need a single session or ongoing support, we tailor our involvement to what works best for you.
Do you offer marketing services?
Yes, we do — but not in the way a typical marketing agency does. We help businesses clarify their marketing strategy, identify their ideal customers, and create practical marketing plans they can execute confidently.
We assist with everything from messaging and branding to customer acquisition strategies and campaign planning. While we don’t typically provide full-scale creative services like ad design or social media management in-house, we have a trusted network of marketing specialists we can connect you with when needed.
We can also act as an advocate for our clients — helping review proposals, vet marketing firms, and make sure they’re not being overcharged or taken advantage of if they hire outside ad or marketing agencies.
Most importantly, we ensure that your marketing efforts align with clear business goals and deliver measurable results.
Can you help me with digital marketing tools?
Absolutely! We can help you understand, choose, and effectively use a wide range of digital marketing tools — whether it’s email marketing platforms, social media schedulers, CRM systems, website builders, or analytics tools.
We’ll guide you in selecting the tools that best fit your goals and budget, and we can help train you or your team on how to use them.
Additionally, we can help you interpret the data these tools provide so you can make smarter marketing decisions and get better results without wasting time or money.
Do you do bookkeeping or financial consulting?
We offer courses to help you improve your own bookkeeping skills or explore what it looks like to have someone else handle it for you — so you can make the best choice for your business.
We don’t provide in-house bookkeeping services, but we can connect you with trusted bookkeepers and accounting professionals from our network if and when that time comes.
On the financial consulting side, we help you understand your numbers, improve cash flow, set budgets, forecast, and strengthen your financial foundation. We also act as an advocate when you work with outside financial professionals, making sure you’re asking the right questions and getting the right support.
Do you write business plans?
Yes, we help businesses create actionable, effective business plans. Some clients hire us to write the plan for them, but most choose to have us teach them how to write their own plan. This way, they gain the skills and confidence to revisit and update it as their business evolves.
We focus on practical strategies and financials you can actually implement, whether you need the plan for funding, internal clarity, or growth strategy.
Do you provide training for teams?
Yes! We provide customized training for teams on a wide range of topics, including leadership development, communication, process improvement, task management, and more. Our trainings are interactive, practical, and designed to help teams work more effectively together. We can also tailor sessions to address specific challenges your team is facing, ensuring the training is immediately applicable to your business.
Do you help set up software or systems?
Yes! We regularly help clients select, set up, and implement software and systems that improve their operations.
Whether it’s task management tools, CRM platforms, accounting software, or other systems, we guide you through the process — from choosing the right fit to setting it up, training your team, and making sure it works smoothly in your day-to-day operations.
Our goal is to help you save time, reduce headaches, and get the most value from the tools you use.
Can you help me write standard operating procedures (SOPs)?
Absolutely — we can help you write clear, effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for your business.
Here’s how we support you:
- We help identify which processes need SOPs the most (so you don’t waste time documenting everything at once).
- We work with you and your team to break complex tasks into clear, step-by-step instructions.
- We help design SOPs that are practical and easy for your team to follow — not overwhelming or full of jargon.
- We can train your team on how to use, update, and maintain the SOPs over time.
Well-written SOPs save you time, reduce mistakes, improve training, and help your business scale smoothly — and we’re here to make that process as simple and useful as possible.
Will you train my managers or just work with owners?
Yes — we’re happy to work directly with your managers as well as with owners.
Here’s how we approach it:
- We help equip your managers with the tools, strategies, and confidence they need to lead effectively.
- We can train them on everything from improving team communication and accountability to implementing new systems and processes.
- We often work alongside both owners and managers to ensure alignment across the leadership team.
Our goal is to strengthen your entire leadership team — so you’re not the only one carrying the weight of running and growing the business.
Pricing, Payments & Contracts
Pricing, Payments & Contracts
How much do your services cost?
Our pricing is designed to be flexible and accessible, with options ranging from one-time sessions and a la carte services to affordable monthly consulting packages. For example, a two-hour roadmap session is just $149, where we help you build a customized action plan. Ongoing support is billed month-to-month with no long-term contracts, so you’re never locked in.
Our goal is to ensure that limited cash flow is never the reason even the smallest clients can’t get our help. Depending on your circumstances, we might start off slow — but it’s very common for the first few sessions to improve things enough that the work begins paying for itself and even starts putting money back in your pocket. We’ll also help explore grant opportunities or funding sources to help offset costs. If you’re ready to improve your business, we’ll help you find a path that works for you and your budget.
Do you have long-term contracts?
No — we don’t require long-term contracts.
We work on a month-to-month basis because we believe in earning your trust and business every month. You’re never locked in, and you have the flexibility to scale up, slow down, or pause services based on your needs. Our goal is to keep delivering value so you want to keep working with us — not because you’re stuck in a contract.
Is there a minimum time commitment to work with you?
No, there’s no minimum time commitment to work with us.
We’re here to help whether you need just a one-time session to tackle a specific challenge or ongoing support over months or years. You can engage with us at the pace and level that works best for your business — from a single roadmap session to a longer-term partnership. Our goal is to provide the right help when you need it, without locking you into a fixed timeline.
Are there payment plans available?
Yes — we offer flexible payment plans.
We understand that every business has unique financial circumstances, so we do our best to make our services accessible. Depending on the scope and length of the engagement, we can break payments into smaller installments or set up a payment schedule that works with your cash flow. Our goal is to help you get the support you need without creating financial strain.
Do you work on commission or retainer?
We primarily work on a month-to-month basis without long-term contracts, and most of our services are billed based on hourly rates.
We typically don’t work on commission, but in some rare special cases — like revenue-sharing partnerships — we may explore creative compensation structures. Our goal is always to keep things transparent and fair, so you know exactly what you’re paying for and what to expect.
Grants & Funding
Grants & Funding
Can you help businesses get grants or funding?
Yes! One of the ways we make consulting accessible to small businesses is by helping identify, apply for, and leverage grants and funding programs. We’ve helped many clients access grants that cover part or all of their consulting services, as well as other funding opportunities to support their growth.
It’s all part of our mission to remove financial barriers that keep small businesses from getting the help they need.
How do you help with grants?
We help clients identify grant opportunities they may qualify for and guide them through the application process.
Here’s how we typically help:
- We research and recommend relevant grants based on your business type, industry, and location.
- We assist you in gathering the necessary documentation and crafting strong application materials.
- We help ensure deadlines and requirements are met so your submission is as competitive as possible.
- If awarded, we can also support you in managing and reporting on the use of the grant funds.
Our goal is to help you access outside funding that can offset the cost of consulting, training, or business improvements — so you can grow without overwhelming your cash flow.
Do you write the grant applications?
Luckily, many of the grants we help with are not overly complicated to apply for — and in these cases, we can often work on the applications together and complete them in under 15 minutes.
For more involved grants we typically guide you through the grant application process rather than writing the entire application for you.
Here’s what we do:
- We help identify the right grants for your business.
- We walk you through what the application requires and help you gather the necessary details.
- We review and help strengthen key parts of your application to improve your chances.
For very complex grants, we can provide hands-on support, like co-writing sections or offering detailed edits. And if you need full grant writing services, we’re happy to refer you to trusted specialists in our network.
Our goal is to make the grant process smooth, efficient, and as successful as possible without adding unnecessary cost or stress.
Can you guarantee I’ll get grant funding?
We can’t guarantee that you’ll receive grant funding — no one can, as the final decision is always in the hands of the grant providers.
However, what we can promise is that we will:
- Help you identify the most relevant and realistic grant opportunities for your business.
- Guide you through the application process to strengthen your chances.
- Provide expert advice and insights to avoid common mistakes and improve your submission.
Many of the grants we assist with have relatively straightforward applications, and with our support, clients often feel far more confident navigating the process.
Our focus is on putting you in the strongest possible position to succeed — but ultimately, grant approvals depend on the criteria and decisions of the funding organizations.
What if my business isn’t eligible for grants?
If your business isn’t eligible for grants, don’t worry — we can still help you in meaningful ways.
Here’s what we do in those cases:
- Identify other funding options, like low-interest loans, local programs, or private resources.
- Focus on improving your business’s internal operations, marketing, sales, and profitability so you can self-fund your growth.
- Offer affordable, flexible consulting packages — including à la carte sessions — to fit your budget without relying on outside funding.
- Teach you practical strategies to improve cash flow and financial stability.
While grants are a great tool when available, they’re just one part of the bigger picture. Our mission is to help you move forward — with or without grant funding — and we’re fully equipped to do that.
Process & Getting Started
Process & Getting Started
How do I get started working with you?
Getting started with us is simple! First, schedule a free introduction call so we can learn about your business and discuss your needs. From there, we often recommend a roadmap session, where we help you build a customized action plan and explore potential grants or resources to support your next steps. Once we have a clear direction, you can choose from a range of flexible services — whether that’s one-time help, ongoing support, or team training. We’ll guide you every step of the way!
What’s the first step?
The first step is to schedule a free introduction call with us. This gives us a chance to learn about your business, hear what challenges you’re facing, and explore how we can help. After that, we typically recommend a roadmap session to create a tailored action plan that fits your goals and budget. It’s a low-pressure, high-value starting point to get you moving in the right direction!
What is the process like once we sign up?
Once you sign up, here’s what the process typically looks like:
- Initial Roadmap Session — We’ll meet with you to understand your business, challenges, and goals. Together, we’ll map out a step-by-step action plan.
- Implementation Support — We’ll help you put that plan into action, offering coaching, training, or hands-on consulting as needed.
- Ongoing Check-Ins — We stay connected through regular check-ins (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) to track progress, adjust strategies, and keep you accountable.
- Flexible Support — Depending on your needs, we can provide one-time sessions, project-based help, or ongoing monthly support — all without long-term contracts.
- Evaluation + Next Steps — As we make progress, we’ll regularly review outcomes with you, identify new opportunities, and discuss what’s next for your business growth.
Our process is designed to be practical, supportive, and tailored to your unique situation — so you get results, not just advice.
What’s a “roadmap session”?
A roadmap session is a focused, two-hour meeting where we work side-by-side with a business owner to create a clear, actionable plan for their next steps. We break down their goals into manageable tasks, prioritize what’s most urgent or impactful, and map out a path forward. It’s part strategy, part coaching, and very hands-on. By the end of the session, they leave with a written plan they can start using immediately—plus insights into grants or programs that might help fund their next steps.
How much does a roadmap session cost?
A roadmap session costs $149. This includes a two-hour, hands-on meeting where we help you build a customized, step-by-step action plan for your business. We also explore grant opportunities and other resources that could help cover the cost of future consulting or implementation support.
What happens after a roadmap session?
After your roadmap session, you’ll walk away with a clear, actionable plan tailored to your business goals. We’ll also outline recommended next steps, including any grant opportunities or resources we identified to help cover continued support. From there, it’s up to you—you can take the plan and implement it on your own, or choose to work with us for ongoing guidance and accountability.
How soon can we start?
Once you schedule an initial introduction call or roadmap session with us, we’ll assess your needs and lay out next steps. In most cases, we can begin working with you within a few days to a week, depending on your availability and the scope of the project.
If you have an urgent situation, let us know — we do our best to prioritize businesses that need immediate support.
How long does a typical engagement last?
The length of a typical engagement really depends on your needs and goals.
For some clients, a few focused sessions or a short-term project (over several weeks) is all they need to address a specific challenge. Others work with us on an ongoing basis, month to month, to drive long-term growth, accountability, and improvement across their business.
There’s no required commitment — we’re flexible and adjust to what works best for you. Many of our clients stay with us for months or years because they continue to see value, but we also offer one-time and a la carte sessions if that’s a better fit.
What are your coaching or consulting projects like?
We offer flexible coaching and consulting options to meet the unique needs of each business. You can choose from:
- Roadmap sessions — one-time, intensive strategy sessions to create a clear action plan.
- Ongoing consulting — monthly coaching and support to help implement your strategy, troubleshoot challenges, and stay accountable.
- À la carte sessions — focused, one-off meetings to tackle a specific issue or opportunity.
We work on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts, so you can scale support up or down as your business evolves. Our goal is to provide the right level of help, whether you need a partner for the long haul or just a boost in a specific area.
Meetings, Timing, & Engagement
Meetings, Timing, & Engagement
I’m too busy to take on another project—how do I fit this in?
That’s a completely valid concern — and one we take very seriously.
Here’s how we help make sure working with us reduces your overwhelm, not adds to it:
- We meet you where you are. We’ll help you prioritize what’s most urgent and impactful, so we’re not adding “just another project” — we’re helping clear the path.
- We focus on bite-sized, practical steps. Our goal isn’t to hand you a giant to-do list. We break things into small, achievable actions that fit your real schedule.
- We help you reclaim time. Much of what we work on — like systems, processes, and delegation — is designed to free up your time and get you out of the weeds.
- We’re hands-on partners. You don’t have to figure it out alone. We’ll walk alongside you, helping you implement solutions, not just giving you homework.
In short, we help you go from “drowning in work” to “working smarter with support” — so you actually gain time and peace of mind.
Do you meet in person or virtually?
We aim to serve as many clients as possible, including those beyond our immediate area. That’s why we primarily rely on Zoom meetings to connect with leads and clients—it allows us to work efficiently across locations. That said, when we have the opportunity to meet in person, we love doing so whenever it makes sense.
Can we schedule outside of normal business hours?
Yes! We understand that many business owners and entrepreneurs are juggling packed schedules during the day.
We offer flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, and even some weekend availability when needed. Just let us know what works best for you, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your availability.
How often will we meet?
The frequency of our meetings depends on your needs and goals.
Some clients meet with us weekly for hands-on support and accountability, while others check in biweekly or monthly for progress updates and strategic guidance. We’ll work with you to set a meeting schedule that fits your pace, ensures steady progress, and delivers the level of support you want.
We also have some clients who meet with us several times a week, especially when we’re working on time-sensitive projects or tackling urgent challenges. Ultimately, we tailor the meeting frequency to match your needs, goals, and the pace of progress you’re aiming for.
Will I need to make time outside of meetings to work on things?
Yes — most clients will need to set aside some time outside of meetings to work on tasks and implement what we cover together.
Here’s what to expect:
- We aim to keep the extra workload manageable and focused on actions that create meaningful progress.
- Many of these tasks are things you or your team have likely been meaning to do but haven’t had time or clarity to tackle.
- We’ll help you prioritize, break things into doable steps, and stay accountable — so the work feels productive, not overwhelming.
The goal is to make sure you’re not just learning in meetings, but actually applying changes that move your business forward.
How involved will you be in our day-to-day operations?
Our level of involvement depends entirely on your needs and preferences.
For most clients, we take a “do it with you” approach — we’re actively involved in teaching you new skills, guiding you through implementation, and helping hold you and your team accountable along the way.
For some, we stay at a high-level advisory role, checking in periodically to provide strategy and support. For others, we get more hands-on, assisting with planning, team coordination, marketing efforts, financial reviews, or addressing day-to-day challenges.
We’re flexible and scale our involvement to fit what’s best for your business, always aiming to empower you without overstepping or micromanaging your operations.
Do I need to learn any specific tools to work with you?
Not necessarily!
We tailor our approach to match your comfort level and the tools you’re already using whenever possible. If we recommend specific tools — like task management software, CRM systems, or financial tracking apps — we’ll guide you through how to use them and provide training to make sure you feel confident.
Our goal is to simplify things, not overwhelm you — so we only introduce tools when they genuinely add value to your business.
Do you offer fast-track or accelerated consulting?
Yes — we offer fast-track or accelerated consulting options for clients who need to move quickly.
Here’s how it works:
- We can increase the frequency of meetings (sometimes several times per week) to push through urgent priorities.
- We focus on the highest-impact areas first, so you see results as quickly as possible.
- We streamline the process by providing clear action steps, hands-on support, and close coordination to keep momentum high.
This is a great option for businesses facing a time-sensitive challenge, major growth opportunity, or critical transition — and we tailor the approach to your specific goals and timeline.
Accountability & Results
Accountability & Results
How do you help business owners stay accountable?
We help business owners stay accountable through regular check-ins, progress reviews, and clear action plans. Whether it’s through one-on-one coaching, team meetings, or follow-up sessions after a roadmap, we work with owners to set measurable goals and keep them on track. We also provide tools and systems to monitor progress, and when needed, we’re not afraid to challenge or course-correct to help you stay aligned with your priorities. Our goal is to be a trusted partner who helps you follow through and get real results.
How long does it take to see results?
Many of our clients start seeing meaningful improvements within the first few weeks of working with us — sometimes even after the very first session. Of course, the exact timeline depends on your goals, the complexity of the challenges you’re facing, and how quickly you implement changes. Our approach is designed to create both quick wins and long-term improvements that build sustainable success over time.
How do you measure success with your clients?
We measure success by focusing on real, meaningful improvements in your business — not just surface-level wins.
Here’s how we typically track success:
Defined goals: Together, we establish clear, measurable short and long-term goals at the start — whether that’s boosting revenue, improving processes, reducing overwhelm, better work-life balance, or strengthening your team.
Progress checkpoints: We regularly review progress with you to assess what’s working, what needs adjusting, and where we can keep improving.
Client feedback: We listen closely to your experience — are you feeling more in control, more confident, and seeing tangible improvements in your day-to-day operations?
Financial impact: While not every change shows up instantly in dollars, we do look at the financial results and work to ensure that improvements contribute positively to your bottom line over time.
Long-term sustainability: Our ultimate success is when you and your team feel empowered to keep moving forward even after our direct involvement ends.
We don’t just want to create short-term wins — we want to help build a stronger, healthier business for the long run.
What happens if I don’t follow the recommendations?
At Gosar Consulting, we understand that you are the leader of your business, and ultimately, every decision is yours to make.
If you choose not to follow some of our recommendations, that’s okay — we’re here to offer expert advice, guidance, and support, not to take over or force decisions.
That said, we will be honest with you about the potential consequences or missed opportunities of not acting on certain recommendations. We’ll continue to work alongside you to adjust the plan, find alternative solutions, or address the areas you are ready to focus on.
Our role is to help you make informed decisions and move your business forward, even if the path evolves along the way.
Do you guarantee results?
That’s an important and fair question!
At Gosar Consulting, we do not offer guarantees, and here’s why: every business is unique — with its own challenges, market conditions, leadership styles, and team dynamics. What we do guarantee is that we will bring our full expertise, energy, and commitment to helping you identify opportunities, create a clear action plan, and stay accountable to your goals.
Many of our clients see meaningful improvements in their business — sometimes even within the first few sessions — but lasting success always depends on consistent effort, follow-through, and adaptability on both sides.
We are your partners in progress, not a quick-fix or magic solution — and we’ll work hard to help you achieve the best possible outcomes. This is also why we don’t believe in long binding contracts. We earn our keep month-to-month.
Specific Business Challenges
Specific Business Challenges
I’m drowning in work—how can you help with that?
You’re not alone — many business owners feel overwhelmed, and we specialize in helping with exactly that.
Here’s how we can help:
- Evaluate what’s on your plate and identify what can be simplified, delegated, or automated
- Help set up task management systems to keep you and your team organized
- Prioritize your time around high-impact activities that actually move your business forward
- Provide coaching on leadership, delegation, and time management
- Offer hands-on support or recommend trusted resources to lighten your workload
Our goal is to help you go from overwhelmed to in control — so you can focus on what matters most and actually enjoy running your business again.
I’m not making enough money—can you fix that?
Absolutely — while we can’t guarantee a specific revenue number, improving your financial situation is often one of the biggest reasons clients come to us.
We help you identify where money is leaking, where you can increase revenue, how to improve pricing and margins, and how to streamline operations so you’re working smarter, not just harder.
For many clients, even a few small shifts early on can improve cash flow enough to start covering the cost of working with us — and put more money in your pocket. Our goal is always to help you build a more profitable, sustainable business.
We’re growing fast and I need systems—can you help?
Yes — that’s one of the areas where we can provide huge value!
We help fast-growing businesses put the right systems and processes in place so you can scale without burning out or losing control. This includes setting up task management systems, improving team communication, streamlining operations, refining roles and responsibilities, and creating workflows that keep everyone aligned.
Our goal is to help you turn growth chaos into sustainable momentum, so you can keep expanding without sacrificing quality or your own sanity.
What if my team resists change?
Here’s how we help when a team resists change:
- We involve the team early. We help you communicate why change is happening and how it benefits them — so they feel included, not blindsided.
- We focus on small, practical wins. Instead of overwhelming the team with sweeping changes, we help you roll out improvements in manageable steps that show quick results.
- We provide training and support. We don’t just hand over new tools or processes — we teach your team how to use them confidently and effectively.
- We address concerns with empathy. Change brings up fear and uncertainty. We help you listen to your team’s feedback and adjust where needed, creating buy-in instead of resistance.
Ultimately, we help you turn resistance into momentum — so your team feels empowered, not imposed upon.
Location & Team Structure
Location & Team Structure
Where are you located? Do you work with clients outside your area?
We’re headquartered in Highland, Utah, but we work with clients all across the United States. Thanks to virtual meetings, collaborative tools, and flexible scheduling, we’re able to support business owners no matter where they’re located. We’re also growing—adding new staff and expanding into more locations to better serve small businesses nationwide. Whether you’re local or hundreds of miles away, you’ll receive the same level of personalized, effective support.
Are you a solo consultant or do you have a team?
I’m proud to say Gosar Consulting is not just a solo operation—we have a growing team of experienced consultants and specialists. Our internal team works closely together to support small businesses across industries, and we also collaborate with trusted external experts when a project calls for niche expertise. This allows us to provide both personalized attention and a broad range of solutions for the unique challenges our clients face.
Do you work with all clients personally or delegate to your team?
Joseph personally connects with many of our clients, especially during the early stages, to understand their needs and help shape the right strategy.
That said, Gosar Consulting is powered by a talented team of consultants and specialists who are carefully matched to each client based on their expertise and the specific challenges at hand.
We take a collaborative, team-based approach. While Joseph stays involved at a strategic level, much of the day-to-day consulting, coaching, and implementation can also be led by our trusted team members. This ensures every client receives personalized attention and expert support — without being limited by the time or availability of any one person.
How long have you been in business?
We have a team of experienced internal consultants, along with a network of external specialists we bring in as needed to provide tailored expertise. Gosar Consulting officially launched in July of 2024, building on years of prior experience helping small businesses. We’re intentionally growing a team that combines diverse skill sets with a shared commitment to helping business owners succeed.
