Our Consulting Partners are part of our internal team; they have a license to represent the brand and grow their own business and client base while leveraging our resources. They are the heart of what we do at Gosar Consulting Group.

These professionals bring real-world experience and a “teach, not tell” mindset to every client interaction. They lead roadmap sessions, offer ongoing one-on-one support, and empower business owners with the tools and confidence to lead their companies more effectively.

Instructors

Expert-Led Education. Practical Business Impact.

Instructors at Gosar Consulting are independent external subcontractors that our consulting partners can hire to teach their clients. Their role is focused solely on instruction—no client acquisition, sales, or project management needed.

Each Instructor brings real-world experience in areas like operations, leadership, finance, marketing, and process improvement. While they are provided with course outlines and learning objectives, Instructors are encouraged to adapt, expand, or streamline their sessions to meet the unique needs of the clients in attendance.

Some choose to develop their own teaching materials, while others leverage resources provided by Gosar Consulting. All sessions are built to be engaging, relevant, and rooted in practical outcomes—helping business owners build clarity and capability, one lesson at a time.
